What is the return policy?
Products must be an unused condition and have all the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.  Refund will be issued after receipt of return, less any applicable restocking or reconditioning fees and/or shipping.  Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.  Contact us to initiate return.

Is there a warranty or guarantee on sossbox products?
All sossbox products carry a 12-month warranty for defects due to materials or craftsmanship. Please contact us if your product has broken or has other issues. If you are unhappy with your product after receiving your order and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the product.  

How long do orders typically take to ship?
Orders for items that are listed as “In Stock” typically ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders, including items that are on backorder, ship within the timeline specified at the time of placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world that the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers to. If you are trying to place an order but your country is not listed or you unable to place an order, please contact us.

Where are the products made?
Our products are made in the USA, specifically the Pacific Northwest. We make every effort possible to ensure that the individual components, materials and services used to make our products are sourced from within the USA.

How should I care for my sossbox?
DO NOT place your sossbox in the dishwasher but rather hand wash with soap and water.  Be gentle around the sealing surface as the adhesive is pressure sensitive.  In order to ensure an airtight seal remove any debris from these surfaces with a damp lint-free cloth.

Can I use my sossbox as a marijuana storage, kief, or pollen box?
Yes, your sossbox has been specifically designed to hold any dried organic matter, including marijuana.  We recommend sossbox to medicinal marijuana patients to ensure that the quality, potency, desired effects, and taste of the product remain.  As marijuana degrades (due to improper storage and time) the chemical composition changes and many of its important cannabanoids weaken, change, and disappear.
